    Days: Wednesday and alternate Saturdays.

    Times: Wednesday: 9.30am to 1.30pm, Saturday 10.00am to 12pm.

    Eligibility: disabled people, people with long-term health conditions, and carers, family members or support workers. Adults 18+ years

    Priority: Residents of Tower Hamlets.

    Facilities: There are disabled parking bays in St Marks Gate Car Park. Nearest toilets are a 5 minute walk.

    Group Booking: For groups of 4+ people, please contact us before attending so we can plan cycle availability and support.
