    What is Cycle Training?

We deliver Bikeability cycling training, which is the national standard for cycling training, recognised across the country. We provide Bikeability training for schools, as well as 1-2-1 sessions for children and adults.

We usually deliver cycle training within local councils, but we also offer cycle training privately for individuals and organisations.

Our expertise running All Ability inclusive cycling means that all our Bikeability training is inclusive, and we can train people regardless of previous experience or ability.

    What is Bikeability?

Bikeability cycling training, is cycle training (cycle skills), and is a refreshed version of what was previously called ‘cycling proficiency’. If you want to know more about the skills required at each level, you can find out more information by clicking this link. There are three levels of training:

    • Level 1 – is the basics of how to ride a bike, including balance and pedal setting.
    • Level 2 – is more focused on road awareness; covering turns and roundabouts.
    • Level 3 – is focused on independent road riding and route planning.

To ensure that we can deliver your cycling event or activity we ask for a minimum of two working weeks’ notice from clients when booking. We like to give our freelancers as much notice as possible and with less than two weeks notice, we cannot guarantee that our instructors, mechanics and riders will have availability.

If you inquire about a booking with less than 2 weeks notice, we may still be able to deliver it, but we cannot guarantee it.
