Volunteer with us
Join Our Journey as an All Ability Club volunteer.
Bikeworks All Ability Clubs take place off-road in parks and community spaces across London. The sessions bring people together through cycling, using our specialist fleet of adapted cycles, trikes, side-by-side cycles and wheelchair-platform cycles.
Volunteers are part of the welcome, rhythm and energy of the clubs. You may meet riders, manage registration, get cycles ready, spend time with club members and work alongside Bikeworks instructors as people take part in sessions in the park and out in the community.
You do not need to be a qualified instructor to volunteer. Qualified instructors lead the cycling activity. Volunteers are there to support the session, the welcome and the club experience.

Everyone volunteering with All Ability Clubs completes Bikeworks volunteer onboarding before joining sessions. This includes:
-
-
- an Enhanced DBS check
- safeguarding induction
- code of conduct
- All Ability session induction
-
We are looking for people who are friendly, reliable, interested in cycling and open to learning how Bikeworks delivers inclusive cycling the Bikeworks Way.
We ask volunteers to commit to at least two club sessions a month where possible.
Come along to an All Ability Club, meet the team and see the sessions in action.
