    Our Group Cycle Training sessions are back in the London Borough of Hounslow!

    Build confidence to cycle as a group with our Group cycle skillThis is a free activity on a first come first serve basis.

    Our instructors will register you on arrival. Don’t be late, spaces are limited!

    ⏰ 09:00 am to 09:30 am: Register opens!

    ⏰ 09:30 am to 10:15 am: Beginners group – build your confidence off-road.

    ⚠️ Complete beginners are welcome.

    ⏰ 10:30 am to 11:30 pm: Intermediate group – build your confidence on-road!

    A group can be up to 6 riders per instructor

    Covid-19 measures in place for the safest delivery.

    Based on local Government’s latest advice and guidance of COVID-19 we ask all riders to be proactive in ensuring social distance of 2 meters and to have their own Personal Protective Equipment (including gloves and masks). It is important to take steps to ensure riders & instructors safety. If you do not have PPE, we can provide some at our Cycling Hub in Lampton Park.

    If you have, or have had, a fever or cough, have been close to someone with these symptoms, or if any of your cohabitants are ill or self-isolating, unfortunately you will not be able to have training.

    We ask riders to confirm that they and people they live with have been symptom free for 14 days. Additionally when confirming the booking please let us know if you are in a vulnerable group.

    • Full bike MOT carried out by a qualified mechanic
    • For bigger jobs we’ll give you a diagnosis and advice

    Eligibility 

    You must live, work or study in the London Borough of Hounslow and be 16s and over.

    Location

    Training departs from our hub in Lampton Park.

    Entrance next to the underpass from Bulstrode avenue, London TW3 3AD

    Bike Rental

    If you are unable to provide your own bike, we will be able to supply one for free at the Lampton Park Hub.
