Discover the joy of cycling with a range of free activities designed for residents of East Village and the E20 area.
Whether you’re new to cycling, want to build your confidence, or simply keep your bike in great condition, there’s something for everyone. Join our cycle maintenance workshops for adults, young people and families, take part in fun family cycling sessions, or visit one of our Dr Bike sessions for a free bike safety check, minor repairs and expert advice.
Our activities are all about helping more people enjoy the benefits of cycling, improving confidence, wellbeing and everyday travel while making the most of the fantastic parks, paths and places on your doorstep.

Discover and book activities
Our experienced mechanics provide a thorough cycle check, carrying out minor repairs on the spot to help keep bikes safe and road-ready. If any issues require more extensive work, you’ll receive clear, detailed advice on what needs attention, along with an indication of the likely cost at a local bike shop, giving you confidence in the next steps.

These 3 hour Maintenance Workshop are designed for riders who are new to looking after their bikes and want the confidence to handle essential checks and repairs.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll understand how to use essential tools such as tyre levers, a pump, and a multitool, and leave with practical skills to keep your bike safe, smooth, and road-ready. Perfect for everyday riders who want to ride with confidence and independence.

Our Group Rides are friendly, supportive rides designed for people who can already cycle independently and want to build confidence, fitness, and enjoyment on the bike.
Each ride is led by an experienced ride leader who will guide the route, offer tips on safe riding, positioning, and group etiquette, and ensure the group rides at a steady, manageable pace. No one is left behind.
Group Rides are ideal for riders who want to gain more road confidence, improve bike handling skills, and enjoy cycling as part of a welcoming group.

We love seeing Families cycling together.
Our Family Training sessions aim to develop your skills to cycle together off and on road, as a family. From beginners to improvers, our instructor will help you to build your confidence to cycle.
We have space for one family of maximum 6 rider per time slot. Each family must include at least one adult riding with the children.
