Bikeworks Cycle Training Terms & Conditions (Summary)

By signing up to a Bikeworks course, you agree:

Instructors can stop or refuse a session if behaviour or cycling ability is unsuitable.
Cycles must be roadworthy – instructors may refuse training otherwise.
Wearing a helmet is optional but at your own risk.
Bikeworks is not liable for injury or loss unless caused by instructor negligence.
Training does not guarantee cycling proficiency – ongoing practice is essential.
Your data may be shared with course funders for monitoring and feedback purposes.

Training will be delivered in line with current health and safety and Public Health guidelines.
