Level 1 e-scooter training

The Level 1 training sessions are designed for those new to using an e-scooter and a fun way to learn how to ride with confidence. These sessions are ‘off-road’, so you won’t go out on the road with traffic but will have an opportunity to master key skills such as how to unlock your scooter and start a journey, balancing and steering, signalling, and hazard awareness and avoidance.

The session is free and will last up to 2 hours. You’ll also receive free TIER vouchers afterwards so you can keep on riding.

Important:

You must be 18 or over and hold a provisional or full driving licence to take part.

Spaces for this training are very limited. Please endeavour to attend, as last minute cancellations result in spaces going to waste.

TIER E-scooters are provided free of charge for the purpose of the training sessions. TIER recommends you wear a helmet whilst riding their e-scooters. If you would like to wear one during our training sessions, we’d encourage you to bring your own.

Bookings close 24h before the session. Make sure to reserve your slot early to avoid disappointment!
